Carlita Singletary- CEO

A woman in long-term recovery for over 30 plus years. Carlita's personal journey has led her to help countless of persons in the process of recovery. She has been the recipient of several awards in Passaic, Essex and Mercer County. All who have acknowledged for her outstanding service to the recovery community and others at large. Her most recent acknowledgement in January 2024 came from St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Paterson- MLK's Community Innovation of Excellence. Through her leadership she has exemplified integrity, compassion and care. Her leadership and organization has helped many on the road to recovery. As the CEO she continues to spearhead community programs, recovery oriented services and systems of care that have been proven to be affective. With Carlita's leadership and humble servitude many have gained a sense of belonging while serving the community alongside her. She has created and developed programs with other collaborative partnerships and knows how to hold her own while maintaining her personal recovery pathway.
